Don't look futher those guys are the best. I contacted them after my tenant moved out and left my condo in a horrible shape, and terrible smell. They left a one year old carpet looked like a 20 years old one. Stains everywhere. They came early in the morning and spent a lot of hours and effort to give me back shining air ducts and a back to live carpet. They Told me the price before and told me they would spend the time they need and they didn't count! They saved the condo for me. They don't come with a little vaccum, they have the big arsenal to make it perfect. Best job ever, I won't loose their number if I need a carpet cleaning or air duct cleaning again!
Literally less than 30 minutes ago, I put in a request for an estimate to have a velvet sofa and leather sectional that are both brand new to be treated for stains IE Scotchgard or something similar. Art from All Brite called me back immediately, and was very honest that he was not able to provide the right treatments for these specialized fabrics. He even gave me a couple of names of companies to try so that I may complete the work I need done. I really value the response time that was given, and will definitely call him when I need other services that they may help with such as carpet cleaning, air duct cleaning, and ETC. It meant so much to me that a company that knew they would not be able to garner my immediate business still cared enough to respond and try to help. Call All Brite if they can help you. The customer service means a lot!
Art provided an estimate before coming out and stuck to it even when the job turned out to be more than he bargained for. Great work all around and they explained every step of the process and provided maintenance recommendations. Very friendly, outgoing and professional.
Art and his team did a great job, the technician was on time and courteous, he even brought a separate set of indoor shoes he wore to clean the carpet. We had some mishaps with measurements but Art (the owner) got on the phone and quickly remedied the situation. The carpets took about a day to dry. Our dog had an upset stomach the night before, which is what prompted the immediate carpet cleaning call in the first place. The day after the cleaning we noticed the spot had come back, we called Art, again he quickly dispatched the same technician to come out and clean the spot with stronger solution at no charge. I would use them again.

Art and his team communicated well before doing the work. Easy scheduling. Three guys, 7.5 hours cleaning my air ducts, dryer vent, and 4 rooms of carpet. They were friendly, professional, and thorough. Fair price and good work. I'd use them again.
All Brite did an outstanding job on living room, family room and two sets of stairs. Upon arrival and with short notice, I asked if they could clean the couch and chair while they were here. No problem they said. They were kind, professional, and considerate of my time frame! Would highly recommend them to anyone that needs duct cleaning, carpeting cleaning, and dryer vent cleaning. Price very reasonable.

My husband and I bought a home recently, half of it carpeted, and the previous owners had dogs. There was a smell in the home along with noticeable dirt spots in the carpet. My husband searched Yelp for carpet cleaners and gave All Brite a call. Art asked several questions and gave us a quote on the spot, and was willing to do the job the next day! The fact that we live in Munster, IN wasn't a concern. We worked out a mutually convenient date, Art came by with his crew, and were done with the job in a few hours. Hire these guys. My partner and I just bought a house and wanted to have the duct work cleaned. The previous owners smoked, had a dog and we had just had the floors sanded and refinished, so we thought it would be a good idea. They did SUCH A GOOD JOB!! Art showed me before and after photos as the work progressed and I couldn't believe my eyes!! Thank goodness we called All Brite. They didn't give up on those nasty ducts until they were spotless. When my husband and I bought our house in June of 2013, we knew we wanted our air ducts cleaned out right away. We ended up using All Brite for the air duct cleaning, shampooing all of our carpets, and cleaning the upholstery on two sofas and two upholstered chairs. They did an AWESOME job with all three tasks. I was amazed that they were able to get some of the set in super dark stains from one sofa in particular. Nothing had ever worked and I told them not to even bother with that area, but to my amazement there was NO trace of a stain when I saw the sofa again :) It's getting to be that time again to clean out our ducts (we have a very hairy dog that likes to shed) and I realized I never wrote a review. The company is THAT good that I had to make sure I got the word out...even if it is almost two years later!
I have a massage therapy company called Chicago Touch. We have two stacks and do multiple wash-loads per day. The dryer vents accumulate lint which gradually become a fire hazard. In fact, we one of the vents ignited by summer of 2012 even though the vents had only been installed in October of 2010. Once it takes an extra 10 minutes to get the same amount of dryness as a year earlier, you can assume that it's beginning to be a fire hazard and of course it's already wasting fuel. I have called around in response to direct mail coupons, and it was still 33% higher quote with an introductory coupon compared to All Brite. Art has minimal overhead. He is the only duct cleaning service provider I know of in Chicago area that is able to give a fair and friendly rate.
