This is EXACTLY the type of small business I love to support. They bring a personal element of care that comes from pride in their business and their service. From the second they arrived Christie and her husband worked like a well oiled machine, moving quickly but in synch. She pointed out spots that may not come out, explained why etc. But at no time did her "why" be an additional service or more $$, as other carpet cleaners have done for "spot treatments". You get their all...period. She even explained what legally I could be liable for, as to NOT be taken advantage of. Even down to the small details...Both her and her husband were in professional shirts with their logo. They invested (and I think somewhat customized) a truck/trailer with their logo as well. They've INVESTED in their business, which tells me they take it seriously. I'm glad a took a chance on an unfamiliar company with a cartoon logo! lol. This TRUE family business taught me a lesson to allow people to EARN your opinion (SO glad I did) and they've got LOTS of lessons to teach their competitors about service and quality. Proud to support this business and won't use anyone else again :)
I woudl highly recommend this company to anyone needing tole and grout cleaning, upholstery cleaning or carpet cleaning. The are friendly, professional, reasonable and do an excellent job.

Super company with an impeccable reputation-not only is their work exceptionally good, their customer service is unmatched. I inquired to have a vintage couch cleaned and got a response almost immediately. La Chicana's price was super affordable, and Cristie was wonderful at communicating with me. She called when she arrived (I wasn't home); she was on time; she sent a picture of the completed work when she was finished. There was no mess or sign that anyone had been in my home when I got back from work-except for a beautiful and fresh looking (and smelling!) couch. Support a family-run, small business; call them next time you need any kind of carpet, furniture, or tile/grout cleaning service. La Chicana is the best.

Christie cleaned my three area rugs and four carpeted bedrooms. She was on time and did a great job. She got out stains that I never believed would ever come out, that had been there for years! I had always shied away from ever having carpets cleaned because I'd had bad experiences before where the company used too much soap, and the carpets got dirty again really fast. She cleaned my carpets more than six months ago, and they still look great! I will now make this an annual addition to my spring cleaning since I know she will do it right, and it will last!
La Chicana came out to do our carpets and did a phenomenal job. Not only did they provide a free no hassle estimate but they were the most adorable and were able to accommodate our crazy schedule. They were professional, courteous, fast, reliable and did a great job. I will definitely be using their company again and recommend them to all of our friends and family.
