When I hear this “Customer focused super service” philosophy preached I wonder where the staff is placed? After all, if the customer is number one, it must follow that you must be number two. I respectfully disagree with the "Customer comes first" philosophy. In over 25 years of serving our people and our customers I’ve discovered that if our people are respected and treated as number one that they just naturally treat customers well. This is the real meaning of “win win” thinking.
