Recently had a house sitting job and contractors stained the carpet while working throughout the home. I tried my best to cover areas as it was a light colored carpet. But I failed, lol! I hopped on yelp and found Carpet Cleaners Philadelphia, the good reviews stood out . I reached out, I was assisted promptly, given a quote and scheduled an appointment for the next day ! They did an amazing job and completed the job in a timely fashion. They cleaned the living room area and patio entrance. Upon return the homeowners were happy with the service and we're happy to use them again.
I wish I can give 0 star to this crappy cleaner. I don't usually write yelp reviews because I'm quite tolerable with a lot of situations. However carpet cleaning Philadelphia really push my limit. I called about 2 weeks ago to schedule for a cleaning on Sunday afternoon. No one showed up and no phone calls after the scheduled time. So I called them and the guy told me the driver's vehicle broke down and they had try to contact me what not. Ok that's fine I told them to just schedule me again next Sunday. Next Sunday comes and again, no call no show and this time when I try to call them there is no one there to pick up the call. I called again the next day and they sound surprised that no one came over for the cleaning and told me they will investigate and call me back. It's been about 2 days now and I haven't heard anything back from them. I'm very annoyed because I have to cancel my plans for 2 Sundays in a row and they just decides to no show no call. I don't know if I'm just unlucky but the rating isn't corresponding to the service I'm getting.

Carpet cleaning philadelphia did an excellent job cleaning our rental studio apartment, even though the weather was not great they still showed up as promised. The quality of cleaning was very high and the tech was very polite and worked hard to remove each and every stain, I will be using carpet cleaning Philadelphia for all my future needs!
I had a couch with months of cat pee, barf and spilled beer from my roomates and their lovely animals, but despite having already given up hope it would ever be clean, these guys made it looked cleaner than when I got it from Ikea! They came on time and finished pretty quickly, which I was so surprised about considering these kinds of companies usually take their time. I felt comfortable with them in my home and they were very professional. I would definitely use this service again.
I got to tell you. I was so impressed with these people and this company, that even on vacation, their level of customer service and attention to detail was so amazing I have felt the need to post on Yelp. I'm out in Philly visiting some family for a wedding, when my cousins wife's three poodles get into the living room covered in mud. The reception is the next day, and my cousins wife is literally in tears. My cousin called Carpet Cleaning Philadelphia, and at 11 pm at night they were able to get a crew out to the house. All I know is that is some customer service, cause there is no way in heck I'd go out to some ones house at 11:30 pm, to clean mud off their rug, and do it with a smile and good attitude to boot. Any way, rarely do I give accolades, but this company deserve it. To the owners should you ever read this. Your guy Brian... He deserves a raise! Thank you Carpet Cleaning Philadelphia.
I am so pleased with their service. The crew got to my place three minutes before I arrived there and they were ready to knock out my three bedroom guest house. They were careful moving all our furniture (no nicks), moving our furniture can be tough with the walnut carved arms on our living room set alone keeps you on your toes. They had no problem moving all our furniture throughout our apartment. When they left everything was perfect. I love that new clean carpet smell! All in all, it was a great experience with the crew. I'll definitely keep referring them to my neighbors and call them myself when I need them again.

I was blown away by the level of courtesy and efficiency I experienced here. I had spilled wine on an heirloom rug from my grandparents who are now deceased and was obviously more than upset over it. I brought my problem to he fine folks here and they worked their magic- I swear to god it looks even better than when I got it. You can't see the stain at all! I don't know what I would have done with this on my own. The staff was understanding and polite and hey really just did a great job! Thank you so so so much!
Last week I visited my auntie in her house and the carpet is really dirty so I suggest my auntie to have his carpet clean so i searched in yelp and found this and i give it a try since i has 5 star reviews. So I called and suprisingly their service is fast and very approachable. The carpet is nice and clean now. Definitely recommended.

I tried every home remedy and store bought product to get a red wine stain out of my carpet. One quick call and I had a friendly tech at my house that cleaned the carpet in no time. I don't know their secret, but I know who I'll be calling next time I'm clumsy and spill my drink. Would definitely recommend.
