They did an awesome job with the carpet! Had to reschedule but offered a discount for the inconvenience. Everyone was very friendly and they clearly explained the cost prior to starting work. We had a little snafu with my card being charged twice and Katie fixed it immediately even though it was after hours. Thank you for wonderful service!
We recently moved to the area and I decided to give Dunn Right a go. I read most of the yelp reviews and gathered quotes. I was a little hesitant at first. However, Dunn Right came in at the mid price point I desired. Initially, I scheduled the appointment on Wednesday, but the timing of getting my keys was a bit complicated. So, I had to change the date a couple of times. Katie was very understanding and flexible. By the time Jonathan came on Monday he was ready. He walked through our house and gave me the price, which was roughly what I figured I would pay after my conversation with Katie. The carpet and tile cleaning (along with the seal) was done promptly and without issue. The carpet and tile in our home looks awesome. Katie came by towards the end to thank me for my business. I'm glad I went with Dunn Right.

I have to say I am very impressed with the excellent customer service. I needed emergency carpet cleaning this morning and they were able to accommodate me and have someone out within a hour of me calling. David was the service guy that came out and he was extremely friendly and did a awesome job on my carpet. I highly recommend them!
I've had Jonathan clean my carpets at my last house and my current house. Both time, he and David arrived promptly, worked hard, were professional and respectful. Jonathan's wife wad diligent in setting up the appointments and sending us an invoice. I was thrilled with the professionalism and quality of work. Ok so I'm always skeptical about a lot of good reviews on here but I was NOT let down. I HIGHLY recommend these guys! Awesome communication and the work was fantastic for cheap. They quoted me a cost and then when the FANTASTIC job was done said they were going to charge me less so I paid them more just because of the phenomenal service and sweet crew. I quoted 6 other yelp listed businesses and they were the best cost and my tile floors look like new! Deff will call them again for my carpets too!
Jonathan did a great job, had my two bedroom living room area and dinning room area done and it came out like brand new. and he said that it would be dry within six hours it got dry fast... i love it and will be calling again for future business thank you much!
