Short Story: An affordable place to clean your house's carpet! Long Story: I recently moved into a new place and wanted to get the carpet cleaned. Although the carpet was not too dirty and the fiber was not too dense (so I could have just rented a carpet cleaner myself). But I still was too lazy...lol and I wanted it done professionally. I called several places and Master Touch was the best overall. It had the best price along with other high quality reviews. Their prices are per step, per room, and per areas (like hallways). I had a three bedroom, 3 floor place, and 2 hallways with the total coming to $160 (or something close). I was satisfied with their level of service and the cleanliness. Although since the carpet was not that dirty to begin with, I cannot definitively say it was a night and day difference. But I would still recommend them to anyone. Verdict: I'm calling them back on moving out day!
After reading the reviews I made sure to describe them perfectly the size of our 1bedroom apartment and asked twice for the price quote. They said $89. Couple of days before the service, I called to confirm and told them about the price again and they said $89. The guy came and checked our place. We have an average living room for a 1bedroom apartment here in fremont, a small dining area, a littlest hallway and our bedroom is like few steps because I have my queensize bed and two huge drawers. So basically the carpet that requires to be cleaned in our bedroom is small. Then the guy made the quote to $13+ I told him about the price confirmed over the fone and he didn't say anything. So yeah, minus one star for not being firm on the original price quoted. The service is fast. Took him less than an hour to finish. It was clean.
We just got our new home at Fremont and were thinking about cleaning the carpets in three of our bedrooms and the living room before we moved in. Found Master's Touch Carpet on yelp with good reviews and decided to give it a try. Regretted since then. A guy came and finished the cleaning (for 3 bedrooms and one living room) within 15 mins. The before and after effects were not obvious (nothing like the pictures shown in Yelp) and the guy said they will look great after it dried. Took his words and paid the money, but the promises never came true. What's worse, we found that our new painted baseboards on almost every side of the rooms were scratched (with a ugly black marks). Never recommended the service to anyone!
They came out the same week as I rang for availability, were on time, thorough, professional and polite. All the rugs and chairs looked and smelled fantastic afterwards. I'll use them again.
Just used Masters Touch. The owner Pavlin was early and friendly. He answered all my questions and was very patient. He did all three of my rooms for less than $100. Great service for the price. I also had him clean my area rug which carried to the back yard for me. Great guy. I will use him again for my next year annual maintenance clean. Thanks Pavlin!
We have old dogs and young kids so our carpet takes a beating. Pavlin has been cleaning our carpet and treating pet stains for a few years now. It is easy to schedule an appointment with his friendly scheduler, he is on-time, efficient, his price is great and he does an amazing job with a smile every time. I've tried so many different carpet cleaning services and was never happy with the outcome. All stains would come back after a week or so. I am so happy that I found someone who can actually remove stains permanently . That is Pavlin at Master's Touch! I have a white carpet in the house, pets, kids and adults creating all possible stains on the carpet, but Pavlin removes them all without coming it back. He is very friendly, professional, organized, and when I call his office, his staff is just like him. I have been using Master's Touch Carpet Cleaning services for over two years now, not just for my house but for my office too, and highly recommend this place. You will be very happy with the outcome. They are located in Fremont but serving all East Bay, probably South Bay and other areas too. Reasonable prices! 5+ stars !
The cleaner came within the given window, I was worried he wasn't coming, but he came. The quote on the phone was what he told me in person, pretty accurate. I needed pet odor cleaning so that was additional $65, regular 1 bed/ living room apt cleaning is $99, my place is relatively small, around 735 sq for the whole place, and only need 1/3 of that cleaned. The cleaner was very thorough and told me how he needs to treat the pet stain. He walked me through with the black light and showed me the spots. Service was fast as well, and the guy was really nice. Highly recommend it!
