They are as follows: We offer service with a smile. We offer weekly, bimonthly, and monthly cleaning schedules that are designed to fit your needs. For your convenience, the following is a detailed list of the services we preform as well as the prices for them. We also offer an hourly rate of $30.00-$45.00 an hour. * First-time initial cleaning - Deep cleaning is based on an hourly rate of $30.00-$45.00 for one or two people. First-time service generally takes approximately up to 4-5 hours to do an excellent job. * Deep cleaning services - These are also based on an hourly rate due to each job requires specific detailed work. * Move-in/-out cleaning services - These are charged $150.00- $200.00. * Recurring cleaning services - These are available monthly, bimonthly, weekly, and after the initial cleaning. We offer a flat rate designed for your specific needs. * Add $15.00 for each additional room and additional service. We are starting from top to bottom, cleaning all visible surfaces, removing cobwebs, window tracks, baseboards, and ceiling fans.
