I had two very large dog urine soaked rugs cleaned. It took five guys to carry one. The rugs look like new and my furniture was put back in place. They came when they said and did what was quoted and promised even though they should have . I plan on continuing to use them.
Wow! Excellent service! They know their business, they are candid about what they can or cannot do, they're reasonably priced and they're fast. Took 6 sofa cushions in for cleaning, stain removal and scotch guarding. They were back in less than a week and they look pristine! Highly recommend!

They gave me an appointment time, came when they said they would, worked very hard the entire time, and did a great, thorough job on our carpets. Mike was also friendly, polite, clean cut & worked hard as well. We had an elderly guest who actually urinated on our couch and it smelled horrific. I really thought our furniture was ruined. Mr. Zimmerman really rescued us. He came in and did his best to make it liveable for us. He is very professional and personable. I would highly recommend his company to anyone. They clean area rugs, carpet, furniture. Zimmermans cleaned 2 carpets for me. I am extremely happy with the results. They were able to remove dry erase marker and makeup from my daughter's carpet and it looks new again!
